    Place looked durty. Manager on duty was beyond rude. Their soup soup was very salty and when we made her aware of the situation she got really mad and loud, annoyed that we told her. We are definitely not going back to that one.

    We go to Pollo Tropical all the time in Fort Myers and we love it. We were in GCTC and stopped by this location and it amazes me that it hasn’t been shut down. It is absolutely filthy. The bathrooms have no soap. The floor is so greasy I almost fell. All of the tables were dirty even though it’s slow as can be on a Sunday at 3pm. Both of my orders were wrong. The condiment station looks like a Golden Corral buffet after a few baseball teams left. There was only one tea made the entire time- no unsweet tea at all.

    I've been holding back on giving a review of this restaurant because I kept hoping they would get it together. Constantly out of chicken (very inconvenient considering chicken is in the name of the restaurant). The service is often bitter and the staff often seems unfriendly (not all but most). The inside eating area could use some maintenance as well. Also, as a suggestion, if staff isn't busy they should bring the food to the customers rather than yell from across the restaurant. I think someone needs to come in and help this establishment get some direction. I really like the food and it's a great alternative to other drive-thrus but I hope this location improves.

    I love me some Pollo Tropical! Always consistent. This one was clean as well. For me, it is truly the best flavored grilled chicken ever. They have a much larger menu now, I just can't get past the grilled chicken.

    Love the half chicken with guava bbq sauce when I dont get that i get the tropichop good stuff
